Booking conditions:

Check in time from 2pm, early checkin from 10am available on request for £20.(Subject to Availability) Check out time 12Noon, late checkout upto 1500hrs for £20

Children and extra bed policy: Children aged 12 and under sleep and eat breakfast free when sharing a room with 1 paying adult
Children over the age of 12 are charged a supplement of £25.00 per child for bed and breakfast.Cots and high chairs are available free of charge

Cancellation policy: All individual bookings must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid 100% cancellation charge, unless stated otherwise at the time of reservation. No cancellation or amendment will be accepted for rooms booked under prepaid or other promotional offer. Separate cancellation policy applies to Groups, conference and function bookings. For more details please ask for our reservation team.

Credit Card Guarantee: All bookings will require a credit card guarantee. Note that debit cards cannot be used as guarantee but can be used to settle accounts on departure. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit cards. The hotel accepts payments made by all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express) The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques

Car parking: Free onsite car parking for the duration of your stay

Disabled: Public areas Lounge bar and Restaurant are wheel chair accessible. Our ground floor bed rooms are accessible by wheel chair however other facilities are not accessible.

Pets Policy: Only Guide Dogs are allowed

Smoking policy: The full hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and functions rooms are non smoking.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee guest satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your stay, please let hotel staff know straight away. If we cannot correct the situation to your satisfaction during your stay, you will not be charged for that element of your stay. Accommodation related dissatisfaction is limited to one room one night.
